Someone who can manage the laundry responsibilities and handle certain maintenance tasks in the room and around the motel.
Along with competitive pay, we offer 2 bonuses! A sign-on bonus and an end of the year bonus.
We cannot provide housing Applicant must have reliable source of transportation
Responsibilities:
- Laundry - stain removal, loading machines, folding etc.
- Deliver clean towels/items to guests as needed.
- Will need to clean rooms at times (bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, etc) - Maintenance of rooms - changing light bulbs, declogging drains, changing smoke detectors, small repairs etc.
- Small repairs - replacing light fixtures, paint touch ups, replacing shower bars/handles/toilet lids.
- Keep motel presentable - pressure washing as needed, blowing walk ways, wash windows, wipe down outdoor chairs - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas - Restock cleaning supplies as needed - Notify management of any damages or repairs required Skills:
- Experience in laundry - Handy maintenance experience - Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Experience with tools We are a close knit team, looking for someone who has a positive-can do attitude and wants to be a part of a well-loved place with great guest experience at the heart.
